I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator by profession with an educational background in nutrition & food process engineering. After completing the Masters program, I started my career working in the Food Industry developing and improving the quality of a variety of food products – jams, spreads, sauces, salad dressings, pasta entrees, noodle & potato side dishes to name a few. My passion has always been on the integrative and functional aspects of food & nutrition and the positive effect that it has on our overall well-being. With this passion, I embarked on my career in the healthcare sector.
I am a food enthusiast and people who know me can attest to that! I am always on the lookout for different recipes to keep the meals interesting for my family and then figuring out ways to make it healthier.
